Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in the Business Banking division seeks a Business Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of 100–130 business clients. You will deliver financial advice, deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to about $500k, while focusing on client experience and risk management.

You will regularly meet clients at their business locations, build strong relationships with COIs and internal partners, and promote tailored financial solutions to support growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a Business Banking Relationship Management or related lending role.
• Understanding of business products, credit, and industry-specific needs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to balance client needs with risk and to escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain 100–130 business clients with $1–$5M annual revenue.
• Provide business deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500k.
• Deliver customized banking solutions and excellent client experiences.
• Build relationships with centers of influence and existing clients at their business sites.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client needs.
• Support branches with risk management and regulatory compliance.
