Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.

• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and determine when to escalate.
• Ability to own problems for clients and follow through with commitments.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million.
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions and manage credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Provide financial advice and risk-aware solutions to clients and prospects.
• Conduct in-person calls with clients, COIs, and centers of influence at client sites.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term banking relationships.
• Collaborate with Chase partners to connect clients with specialists for cash flow, lending, and deposits.
• Support branches and uphold risk management and regulatory compliance.
