Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending.
• General business knowledge and understanding of core products/services; industry practices.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners at all levels.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1–$5 million; manage credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver tailored Chase business banking solutions to clients.
• Identify and promote solutions aligning with client and portfolio profitability.
• Conduct in-person client calls and build relationships with COIs and existing clients at their business sites.
• Identify and pursue potential new business clients to cultivate primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client financial needs.
• Support branches and adhere to risk management and regulatory requirements.
