Job summary

Qualifications

• University/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience.
• Notary Public in applicable state (as needed).
• Background checks as required by CFPB regulations.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and expands share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Proactive lead management and referrals—leverages knowledge of bank products to grow share of wallet and attract new households.
• Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch with COI and partners.
• Deliver differentiated client experience across onboarding and servicing of deposits, lending, cash management, and payments.
• Identify opportunities and create referrals to ecosystem partners; coordinate follow-up.
• Ensure risk controls and efficient branch operations with proper compliance.
