Job summary

PNC is looking for a Relationship Banker Business Specialist in Clearwater, FL. The role focuses on acquiring and expanding consumer and small business banking relationships, leading collaborations with a wide range of ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet.

You will manage referrals, engage clients from onboarding to servicing, and leverage technology to deliver tailored financial solutions while maintaining risk controls and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Ability to build and expand consumer and business relationships.
• Experience with lead generation and referral generation to ecosystem partners.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and expand share of wallet for consumer and business banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Lead generation and appointments inside and outside of the branch.
• Develop ecosystem leadership with PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage.
