Job summary

PNC is recruiting a Relationship Banker Business Specialist in Kirkwood, MO to drive wallet share across consumer and business banking with a strong emphasis on client experience and proactive sales. Qualifications

• University degree with <1 year of professional experience or completion of a development program.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certs, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and expands share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Leads collaboration with ecosystem partners to achieve results and generate referrals.
• Manages proactive lead generation and appointments inside and outside the branch.
• Delivers a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
• Develops ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch with COI and partners.
• Identifies opportunities to expand share of wallet with consumer and business clients.
• Educates clients on financial options and leverages technology to solve problems.
