Qualifications

• Experience in building and managing a book of business.
• Ability to acquire and expand client relationships to generate revenue.
• Understanding of credit processes, products and risk concepts.
• Strong customer engagement and advisory skills.

• Proficiency in financial analysis and cash flow discussions.

Responsibilities

• Handle relationship management with new and existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share.
• Acquire, expand and retain client relationships; document credit and non-credit products.
• Manage risk/return and mitigate regulatory, reputational and credit risks.
• Provide insights based on client needs and financial well-being to increase engagement.
• Build internal and external relationships to expand the client base and cross-sell bank products.
• Demonstrate ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk per policies.
