Job summary

Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager in Seattle to help clients grow their businesses by providing financial advice and tailored banking solutions. You will manage a portfolio of business clients, build relationships, and coordinate with care across loan, deposit, and cash management services.

In this role, you’ll visit client sites, assess needs, and connect clients with specialists in wealth management, lending, and operations.

Qualifications

1 year of Business Banking Relationship Management or related lending experience.
Knowledge of business credit and core banking products.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to balance client needs with firm risk.
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients; provide deposit and cash management solutions and manage credit opportunities up to $500,000.
Deliver an outstanding experience to Chase business clients with tailored banking solutions.
Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to identify and promote client-centric solutions.
Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and existing clients at their places of business.
Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term relationships.
Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet clients’ financial needs.
Support assigned branches and uphold risk management and regulatory compliance.
