Job summary

BMO’s U.S. Relationship Marketing team seeks a senior marketing manager focused on Business Banking to lead strategy and execution of campaigns across paid and owned channels.

You will partner with business partners, marketing, product, compliance, and agencies to deliver integrated campaigns that grow client relationships and revenue.

The role requires independent campaign development, strong ROMI analysis, and mastery of Workfront for planning, tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant financial services marketing experience.
• Own marketing operations, project management and campaign delivery.
• Experience with Workfront is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, retention, cross-sell, engagement and loyalty campaigns for business banking clients.
• Own project briefs, timelines, calendars and task management systems and coordinate with cross-functional partners.
• Deliver high-quality campaigns across print, digital, owned and in-branch channels.
• Track operational KPIs and prepare reporting for leadership.
• Assist with budget management and cost-center tracking.
• Oversee Workfront for campaign execution and reporting.
