BMO Harris Bank is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for Business Banking in the U.S. You will lead strategy and execution for relationship marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels, partnering with product, compliance, analytics, and agencies to drive client growth and retention.

You will own briefs, project plans, budgets, and performance analysis, building dashboards and reports in Workfront and Salesforce to measure ROMI and optimize campaigns.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field.
• 7–10 years of financial services marketing experience with demonstrated success owning marketing operations, project management and campaign delivery.
• Experience in regulated marketing is preferred (finance, healthcare, insurance, etc.).
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to lead timelines and coordinate across stakeholders.
• Advanced verbal and written skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy, planning and execution of relationship marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels.
• Own campaign briefs, project plans, budgets and timelines; coordinate with cross-functional partners.
• Develop and deliver high-quality campaigns; track ROMI and report performance weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Manage agency partners and internal teams; monitor workflows and optimize marketing processes.
• Create dashboards and reporting in Workfront, Salesforce and other tools to inform decision-making.
