Qualifications

• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree or equivalent combination
• Strong financial analysis skills to interpret financial statements, assess creditworthiness, and provide insights for growth and risk mitigation
• Strong knowledge of business banking products, lending processes, and related policies and procedures
• Extensive experience with customer sales and service
• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Cultivates, builds, and manages relationships with a portfolio of small business clients to grow pipeline and market share
• Identifies opportunities and cross-sells products to meet client needs
• Develops and executes sales strategies and business plans to retain and expand relationships
