Qualifications

• University/college degree with <1 year of professional experience or completion of a formal development program.
• Notary Public eligibility in the applicable state is required.
• Experience in consumer and business banking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and expands share of wallet for consumer and business banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Leads and collaborates with ecosystem partners to achieve business results.
• Delivers proactive lead generation and appointments inside and outside of branch.
• Provides a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
• Manages proactive lead generation and referrals to ecosystem partners.
• Grows Business Banking relationships under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Translates client information into actionable sales strategy.
• Generates quality referrals and maximizes results.
• Works with ecosystem partners (PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking, Mortgage).
• Identifies resources to meet client needs and coordinates referrals.
• Holds partners accountable for updates and follow-up.
• Delivers well-being through tailored solutions including deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing.
• Solves client problems with urgency and escalates when needed.
• Acts as client advocate across product and operations.
• Identifies trends and needs of clients.
• Identifies opportunities to create referrals with the branch team.
• Collaborates with Branch Manager and Business Banker to expand share of wallet.
• Creates client loyalty and grow client share of wallet through a differentiated client experience.
• Performs lobby engagement to connect with clients and position PNC products.
• Educates clients on managing financial transactions using technology.
• Applies product knowledge to identify and solve customer problems.
• Manages risk through adherence to policies and procedures; demonstrates sound judgment.
• Performs branch daily operations efficiently and accurately.
