You will coordinate with Field Sales to ensure pre-sale success and drive relationship profitability, while cross-selling relevant bank products to meet client needs. The role requires consulting with clients on payment education, leveraging in-depth product knowledge, and maintaining strong relationships to identify growth opportunities

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of client management experience in the payments industry.

• Coordinate implementation schedules for new customers.
• Welcome and onboard newly activated Business Banking customers.
• Handle service requests via phone, email, and Teams.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage activities and opportunities.
• Maintain regular cadence with Field Sales, Bankers, and cross-functional partners.
• Refer opportunities to bank partners and drive revenue growth.
