Qualifications

• Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically, three to five years of client management experience in the payments industry.

Responsibilities

• Contact newly approved customers and coordinate implementation schedule.
• Welcome newly activated Business Banking customers.
• Work service-related requests via phone, email, and Teams.
• Utilize Salesforce.
• Refer opportunities to bank partners.
• Establish and maintain regular cadence with internal stakeholders (Field Sales, Bankers, and other cross-functional partners).
• Drive revenue growth and deepen customer relationships through proactive outreach.
