• Educates clients on KeyBank capabilities (cash management, payments, equipment finance).
• Maintains active prospecting and builds COI referral network.
• Leads cross-functional teams to respond to client requests and cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensures sound asset quality through portfolio management and risk assessment.
