Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years in small business/commercial lending.
• 1+ year cross-selling and meeting aggressive sales goals.

• Drive growth with prospecting and COI network.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to respond to client requests.
