Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a small business/commercial lending environment
• 1 year of cross-selling products and ability to meet or exceed aggressive sales goals

Responsibilities

• Acts as trusted financial advisor and primary contact for clients
• Drives growth by understanding client business and industry trends
• Educates clients on KeyBank capabilities and products
• Maintains active prospecting and COI referral network
• Coordinates cross-functional teams to respond to client requests
• Leads credit processes and maintains risk-appropriate portfolio health
