Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• Preferred 4-year college degree or 5+ years related banking experience; or equivalent.
• Loan administrative experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers (RM) and assist with client onboarding and servicing.
• Provide general administrative support and data entry; coordinate schedules and meetings.
• Assist with processing loan requests (conventional and SBA), deposits, and renewals; coordinate closing activities.
• Support client services for deposits, respond to inquiries, and troubleshoot service requests.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain confidentiality of information.
