Job summary

Platinum Bank in Minneapolis, MN seeks a Loan Administrator to handle back-office loan operations including documentation, booking, and servicing of commercial and consumer loans.

Qualifications

• Education minimum: HS diploma or GED; college degree preferred or equivalent banking experience.
• Experience in loan documentation, booking and servicing preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare commercial and consumer loan documents.
• Board and maintain loans in core banking system.
• Monitor perfection and maintenance of loan collateral.
• Perform loan servicing and account maintenance activities.
• Process payoff requests and execute payoff transactions promptly.
• Track and manage loan-related ticklers and follow-ups.
• Review exception reports and resolve items as appropriate.
• Maintain loan escrow accounts and participation transactions.
• Complete SBA loan reconciliations monthly.
• Review loan files for accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Support departmental initiatives and participate in special projects.
