Citizens Bank is seeking a Private Bank Client Service Associate to support clients through the loan process and post-close servicing. You will assist Relationship Managers, handle documentation, coordinate meetings and events, and ensure accurate data handling with a focus on discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of client-facing experience in private banking, wealth management, luxury hospitality, or high-touch service.
• Proficiency with technology, including MS Office; ability to maintain accurate records and generate reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong relationship management and attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating events and travel logistics.
• Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment handling confidential client information.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, Finance, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with financial services compliance and client data privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and servicing requests in a timely manner (response within 30 minutes, solution within 1–2 business days).
• Assist relationship manager with coordinating client meetings, events, and gifts; manage active loan pipeline from preapproval to post-close.
• Coordinate with escrow to schedule loan closings and assist with down payment funding.
• Answer questions on closing disclosures and loan documents; ensure online tools for viewing/managing mortgages.
• Handle deposit-related operations, including wires, transfers, online banking support, statements, and tax documents.
• Assist with preparing pre-approval letters, commitment letters, term sheets, and letters of intent.
