Job summary

Platinum Bank is seeking a Loan Administrator to handle back-office loan operations, documentation, booking and servicing for commercial and consumer loans. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and collaboration within the team.

The candidate should possess strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in MS Office and loan software. Experience with Jack Henry and LaserPro is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED.
• Preferred 4-year college degree or 5+ years related banking experience.
• Loan documentation, booking and/or servicing experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare commercial and consumer loan documents.
• Board and maintain loans within the core banking system.
• Monitor perfection and maintenance of loan collateral.
• Perform loan servicing and account maintenance activities.
• Process loan payoff requests and execute payoff transactions.
• Enter, track, and manage loan-related ticklers and follow-up requirements.
• Review loan exception reports and resolve outstanding items.
• Process and maintain loan escrow accounts.
• Process and maintain loan participation transactions.
• Complete monthly SBA loan reconciliations.
• Review loan files for accuracy and compliance.
• Support departmental initiatives and participate in special projects.
