Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• General business experience and knowledge of business credit and products/services.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.
• Balance client needs with risk and know when to escalate or handle independently.
• Prioritize daily tasks to achieve business objectives and own client issues.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million; provide banking solutions and manage opportunities up to ~$500,000.
• Deliver customized banking solutions tailored to client needs.
• Identify and promote solutions that support client profitability and risk management.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients at their sites; follow a relationship development process.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and cultivate primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client financial goals.
• Support branches and adhere to risk management and regulatory requirements.
