Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Product Operations professional to optimize processes across product development and NPI in a semiconductor-focused environment.

You will drive change control, establish process maps, and collaborate with IT, Eng, and manufacturing to ensure smooth product releases and lifecycle updates. Strong governance and project-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, NPI, Change Control, ECOs, and EOL process improvement.
• Familiarity with fabless semiconductor operations, OSAT management, and engineering change processes.
• Familiarity with setting up bills of material and New Product Introduction processes in Oracle.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Product Management modules.
• Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and audit practices.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities
