Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a technically seasoned specialist to manage technology transfer and product stewardship for CMP lines in a fast-paced setting. You will collaborate with R&D, metrology, and production teams worldwide to drive quality improvements and minimize variability.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in the field, strong data-analysis skills, and experience with IP and customer engagements. Mandarin fluency is a plus, and a post-offer drug screen is required.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or related fields is required.
• Experience dealing directly with customers is required.
• 5+ years’ experience is required.
• Experience with sensitive IP is preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor market is preferred.
• Comfort under minimal supervision in a fast-changing environment.
• Proven self-starter with multi-tasking ability.
• Strong problem solving and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in generating concise customer presentations (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Fluency in Mandarin is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support new and existing business for CMP product lines.
• Coordinate with R&D, Applications Engineering, R&D Metrology, Production, and Business/Sales teams.
• Own technology transfer projects with global affiliates and Product Management staff.
• Lead site-to-site matching activities involving equipment, process, and metrology inputs and outputs.
• Direct Product Based Teams to ensure complete and timely product stewardship.
• Coordinate responses to customer inquiries for technical information and lead customer presentations.
• Manage change protocol with the supplier quality engineering team.
• Develop and execute qualification strategies with the product team.
• Manage product change notifications and customer qualifications with customers and account management.
• Identify, monitor, and improve key performance indicators.
• Analyze variation sources affecting product quality trends.
• Support process technology initiatives to improve product quality and reduce production variability.

Requirements

• Experience within the semiconductor market is preferred
• Comfort working under minimal supervision to achieve goals in a rapidly evolving environment
• Proven self-starter with ability to multi-task and prioritize key objectives
• Track record of problem solving and breaking through technical or organizational barriers to achieve goals
• Good working knowledge of statistical analyses and ability to understand and interpret data
• Experience with Power Point, Excel or other software tools to generate concise customer presentations
• Demonstrated communication skills
• Fluency in Mandarin is preferred
• Must successfully pass a post-offer drug screening prior to employment
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
