Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead data-driven identification of process integration challenges.
  • Partner with teams to design and deploy scalable data analytics infrastructure.
  • Enable inline monitoring, process control, and rapid excursion detection.
  • Develop variability tracking and chamber/tool matching methodologies.
  • Detect variations, reduce tool-to-tool differences, improve manufacturing stability.
  • Build and maintain automated databases, reporting systems, and analysis workflows.
  • Support high-volume manufacturing decisions, predictive analytics, and ML-based optimization.
  • Advance FEOL/BEOL process optimization across multiple products.

Job description

  • Lead data-driven identification, prioritization, and resolution of process integration challenges through signal mining, variability analysis, and root-cause investigation
  • Partner with integration, process engineering, and manufacturing teams to design and deploy scalable data analytics infrastructure
  • Enable inline monitoring, process control, and rapid excursion detection
  • Develop variability tracking and chamber/tool matching methodologies
  • Detect systematic process variation, reduce tool-to-tool differences, and improve manufacturing stability
  • Build and maintain automated databases, reporting systems, and analysis workflows
  • Support high-volume manufacturing decisions, predictive analytics, and machine-learning-based process optimization
  • Advance technology nodes from initial product qualification to high-yield production across multiple products
  • Develop technologies on mature node infrastructure for new customers
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a STEM-related field
  • 5+ years of semiconductor industry experience focused on Process Integration development and customization
  • Experience in large-volume manufacturing environments
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and platforms
  • Expertise in device physics and/or interconnects and critical parameter control
  • Experience in big data analysis for process and manufacturing challenges
  • Excellent leadership capabilities
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated success driving technical projects from conception to implementation
  • Preferred: Ph.D. in a relevant field
  • Preferred: Project/program management and cross-functional team leadership experience
  • Preferred: New semiconductor technology development and FEOL/BEOL process optimization experience
  • Preferred: Foundry ecosystem operations and customer requirements exposure
  • Preferred: Yield improvement and high-volume manufacturing optimization experience
  • Preferred: Power-performance optimization strategy background
  • Preferred: Fabrication process engineering experience, including lithography and advanced patterning, dry etch, wet cleaning, diffusion, thin-film deposition, and CMP
  • Preferred: Semiconductor foundry experience
