Job summary

Jobtailor in Alabama seeks a seasoned Manufacturing Operations Solutions Specialist to coordinate multi-phase projects involving design, testing, documentation, training, and rollout of customized business solutions for manufacturing, materials, and quality teams.

You will drive process and system enhancements, manage cross-functional teams across the development lifecycle, and support staff in using deployed applications while traveling up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Post secondary education in business or STEM field or equivalent mix of education/experience.
• At least 5 years in a Manufacturing Operations environment.
• Thorough knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle).
• Experience in project or change management is an asset.
• Strong initiative with minimal supervision.
• Excellent data problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, highly organized, self-starter, detail oriented.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead acceptance testing for new systems and enhancements.
