Job summary

Empire Merchants is seeking a Business Analyst to help management make data-driven decisions. You will analyze sales, pricing, census and market data to forecast trends and evaluate program performance.

Responsibilities include coordinating pricing plans, building annual calendars, developing reports, and communicating insights to Sales and Marketing. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years' experience are preferred; state travel may be required in NY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience required.
• Ability to hold a Solicitor’s Permit required (where applicable).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a motor vehicle (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data and forecast trends to support management decisions.
• Coordinate pricing plans and promotional calendars with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare reports and templates for management review and approval.
• Collaborate with purchasing and supply planning to ensure inventory alignment.
