Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Analyst in Business Metrics/Analytics to help optimize pricing and profitability through analytics, modeling, and data-driven insights. This role supports Revenue Management and informs pricing strategy across products and services.

You will manage pricing tasks, maintain Salesforce case queues, and deliver regular data updates for the Optifreight business, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience preferred.
• Experience with Excel, Salesforce, and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Manage a Salesforce case queue, focusing on meeting customer facing deadlines.
• Participate in operational pricing tasks such as pricing tier loads, customer pricing research, credit and rebill requests, and competitive invoice analysis.
• Responsible for weekly/monthly/yearly updates to our tools with the most relevant information from FedEx and other data sources.
• Assist the team with improving current processes both internally and cross-functionally.
