Job summary

Medline Industries is seeking a Pricing and Contracts Analyst to manage multiple tier 1/2 projects, align pricing models, and ensure accurate invoicing. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders and compile data for successful launches.

The role requires strong Excel skills, contract administration experience, and the ability to communicate updates across teams while maintaining project timelines and objectives. This is a full-time position based in Illinois.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience in contract administration and pricing preferred.
• Proficient Excel skills, data manipulation and data analysis.
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage several tier 1 and tier 2 projects concurrently and independently.
• Coordinate pricing models and strategies to ensure proper invoicing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve contract and/or price misalignments.
• Create and publish reports for project stakeholders and provide updates.
• Maintain project timeframes and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
