Medline Industries, LP is seeking an Analyst/Associate-level candidate to manage multiple pricing projects and contract-related initiatives. The role focuses on data-driven decision making, stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring accurate invoicing through new pricing models.

The position emphasizes strong Excel capabilities, excellent time management, and the ability to handle overlapping timelines across several projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience in contract administration and/or pricing.
• Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, data manipulation, VLOOKUPs).
• Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage several tier 1 and tier 2 projects concurrently and independently.
• Compile and present data essential to a successful project launch.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve contract and/or price misalignments.
• Coordinate efforts to implement pricing models and strategies for proper invoicing.
• Manage multiple pricing projects and present project information to stakeholders.
• Maintain project timeframes and objectives.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve contract challenges and avoid chargebacks.
• Lead conference calls with stakeholders and provide project updates.
• Create and publish reports for project stakeholders.
• Handle day-to-day questions and concerns with time management and tracking.
