Job summary

Jobtailor in Arlington, VA is seeking a seasoned Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead and coordinate multiple initiatives across cloud, security, and IT operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, CS, Data Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience.
• 2+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Experience leveraging ServiceNow and GitHub to manage task workflows, issue resolution, and milestone health.
• Experience with Agile project execution across multi-cloud infrastructure, virtual servers, end-user systems, and AI service integrations.
• Experience monitoring risks, POA&Ms, and milestones for FedRAMP compliance, Zero Trust controls, and enterprise network upgrades.
• Translate conceptual requirements into business and functional requirements.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience managing projects across development lifecycles from analysis through implementation.
• Track record managing multiple projects of varying scope, size, and complexity.
• Familiarity with software or systems development lifecycles.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing requirements.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be eligible to obtain a sensitive clearance — Position of Public Trust.
• Must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years.
• Cannot have more than 6 months of travel outside the United States within the last 5 years, excluding military service.
