Qualifications

7+ years of professional business analysis experience supporting information technology programs.
Experience eliciting, analyzing, modeling, and documenting complex business requirements.
Experience developing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in an Agile delivery environment.
Experience working with both business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
Experience supporting backlog management and user acceptance testing activities.

Responsibilities

Lead the elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation of complex business and functional requirements.
Work with business stakeholders and Product Owners to understand objectives, regulatory needs, processes, and expectations.
Translate requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable delivery artifacts.
Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and collaborative analysis discussions.
Develop and maintain business process models, workflow diagrams, and data flows.
Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and maintain the product backlog.
Ensure user stories are clear, complete, testable, and ready for development.
Partner with Technical Leads, architects, developers, QA engineers to clarify requirements and resolve gaps.
Identify and document business rules, assumptions, risks, and dependencies.
Support user acceptance testing by developing test scenarios and coordinating stakeholder sign-off.
Review artifacts prepared by junior analysts and provide coaching and feedback.
Maintain alignment and traceability between business needs, requirements, and delivered functionality.
Leverage AI-assisted tools to support requirements analysis and documentation.
Communicate requirements, decisions, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders.

Job description
