Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to partner with product owners and stakeholders to translate complex business needs into well-defined epics and user stories. You will ensure readiness for refinement sessions and maintain traceability from requirements through delivery.

The role requires strong facilitation and collaboration across business, operations, and technical teams, with a focus on Agile practices and UAT alignment, plus the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

4+ years related Business Analyst experience supporting Agile teams.
Strong facilitation, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and SDLC.
Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and standard project documentation practices.
Exceptional analytical thinking and communication skills, both verbal and written.
U.S. residency for at least 3 of the past 5 years and the ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance.
