Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for new solutions.
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights and identify trends.
• Evaluate IT infrastructure and recommend enhancements.
• Serve as liaison between business, IT, and vendors to ensure delivery.
• Maintain training docs for solutions and processes.
• Develop and manage project plans as required.
