Triunity Software, Inc. is seeking a sharp Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions. The role focuses on gathering requirements, translating them to clear specs and user stories, and collaborating across development, QA, and management teams to deliver value.

You will conduct gap analyses, map processes, and facilitate workshops to validate requirements while supporting UAT and rollout activities. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in a software/tech environment.
• Proficiency in SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience with documenting requirements, use cases, and process modeling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into system specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and project management throughout the SDLC.
• Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to identify system improvements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit and validate requirements.
• Support UAT and assist with system implementation and rollout.
• Monitor and report on system performance and opportunities for optimization.
