Job summary

Bluegrass Ingredients is seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Process and Systems Analyst for an onsite role. You will drive continuous improvement of enterprise processes and systems, mapping As-Is/To-Be workflows, gathering requirements, and translating them into technical specs.

You will develop process models and collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, and you will train users while ensuring alignment with financial and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/IT/IE or related field.
• Experience with SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis tools.
• Experience with Visio and other process design, mapping and notation tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise environment.
• Expertise in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and system integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and investigate workflows independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain As-Is and To-Be process flow maps.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Establish practices and procedures to drive ongoing improvement of processes.
• Review and improve requirements gathering processes to increase efficiency.
• Create process models, diagrams, and specifications to guide system enhancements.
• Develop hands-on functional expertise in enterprise systems (ERP, HCM, Sales, CMMS) and BI tools.
• Collaborate with sponsors to define project scope, vision, and success criteria.
• Train users on systems; produce training materials and documentation.
• Communicate changes to all stakeholders; provide technical analysis and troubleshooting.
• Support cloud and on-premise environments (Azure assumed).
• Travel to company locations as needed, up to 30%.
