Job summary

Bluegrass Ingredients, Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Process and Systems Analyst for an onsite role in Bowling Green, KY.

You will drive continuous improvement of enterprise processes and systems, map As-Is/To-Be workflows, and translate requirements into technical specifications to align with financial and operational standards. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders, change management, and the delivery of scalable process and system enhancements across ERP, HCM,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, industrial engineering or related field.
• Demonstrated experience with SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis tools.
• Experience with Visio and other process design, mapping tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain As-Is and To-Be process flow maps.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Establish practices to drive continuous improvement of processes.
• Review requirements gathering to improve efficiency and adoption.
• Create diagrams and specifications for system enhancements and process changes.
• Gain hands-on functional expertise in ERP, HCM, Sales, CMMS, BI tools.
• Define project scope, vision, and success criteria with sponsors.
• Train users on systems and processes and produce training materials.
