Cleveland Brothers Equipment Company seeks a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and IT delivery, driving measurable value across sales, service, parts, finance, and HR. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and collaborate with architecture, data, and security teams to improve systems and data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, analytics, or STEM-related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, IT, or related role.
• Experience with ERP systems analysis or development, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with CRM platforms; HubSpot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build functional requirements through workshops and document user stories and functional design documentation.
• Be the liaison between business domains and IT to ensure products deliver measurable value.
• Develop and maintain training materials and onboarding sessions for users.
