Stowers Machinery Corporation in Knoxville, TN is seeking an onsite HRIS Generalist - Benefits & Core Operations to manage HR systems, benefits administration, and core HR processes. You will ensure accurate employee records, run reports, and support system enhancements with IT and HRIS teams.

You will translate business needs into system solutions, maintain data governance, and support audits, compliance, and user training while focusing on employee experience and data integrity.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years of HRIS, benefits administration, or HR operations experience.
• Experience with major HRIS platforms and strong data analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administer benefits programs and open enrollment activities.
• Support HR compliance reporting, audits, and documentation.
• Generate HR reports and dashboards for leadership and regulators.
• Collaborate with IT/HRIS to implement system enhancements and integrations.
• Maintain data governance and secure handling of employee information.
