Job summary

Crystal Management, LLC seeks a technically proficient Business Analyst to support PRISM Application Services. You will translate user needs into practical solutions, work with users and developers, and help deliver enhancements in Oracle APEX-based applications.

The role involves hybrid work with some telework and office-based support as required, and requires a strong ability to analyze, document, and communicate effectively with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle APEX, SQL, PL/SQL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
• Ability to facilitate release planning, sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups, and inter-team meetings.
• Working knowledge of Agile methods and practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior leaders and end users.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between application users, stakeholders, project leadership, and developers.
• Coordinate resolution of user feedback, service requests, defects, enhancements, emergencies, and questions.
• Assist with user access administration, including reviews, approvals, roles, and communications.
• Assign budget appropriations to program codes after verifying information.
• Process work-package archiving/unarchiving per authorized actions.
• Maintain and update application documentation as interfaces and processes change.
• Stay informed on application changes, development activities, and data updates.
