Job summary

Crystal Management, LLC is seeking a technically proficient Business Analyst to support PRISM Application services. You will work with users, stakeholders, and developers to understand needs, resolve issues, and implement enhancements.

The role involves hybrid/telework and office-based support as required by the customer and project needs. A DoD security clearance is required for the position.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle APEX, SQL, PL/SQL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
• Ability to organize release planning, sprint planning, and stand-ups.
• Knowledge of Agile methods and associated tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main liaison between users, stakeholders, leadership and developers.
• Coordinate, track, and communicate resolution of user feedback, requests, defects and questions.
• Support user access administration including reviews, approvals, and account activation.
• Assist in budgeting processes by assigning program codes after verifying information.
• Maintain and update application documentation as interfaces and processes change.
• Stay informed on application changes and development activities.
