Job summary

Crystal Management in Vienna, VA is seeking a technically proficient Business Analyst to join the PRISM Application Support Services team. This role supports Oracle APEX applications by working with users, stakeholders, project leadership, and developers to understand needs, resolve issues, improve documentation, and help deliver effective enhancements.

The position is hybrid, requiring some office time and telework as needed by the customer and project needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle APEX, SQL, PL/SQL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and related support tools.
• Organize and facilitate release planning, sprint planning, stand-ups, and inter-team meetings.
• Working knowledge of Agile methods, frameworks, practices, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between application users, stakeholders, project leadership, and developers.
• Review, track, and communicate resolution of user feedback, service requests, defects, and enhancements.
• Support user access administration and communications, including role assignments and activations.
• Allocate budget appropriations to program codes after verification and communication.
• Process work-package archiving/unarchiving requests and maintain records.
• Maintain and update application documentation as changes occur.
• Stay informed on application changes, development activity, and data updates.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business needs from customers and end users.
• Develop, configure, test, and support Oracle APEX applications in 24.x or later with guidance.
