Job summary

Crystal Management | CMIT is seeking a technically proficient Business Analyst to join the PRISM Application Support Services team. You will work with users, stakeholders, project leadership, and developers to understand operational needs, resolve issues, and deliver effective enhancements to Oracle APEX applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Security+ or DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II cert within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between users, stakeholders, project leadership and developers.
• Review, track, and communicate resolutions for feedback, requests, defects, enhancements and questions.
• Support user access administration including approvals, role assignment, and activation.
