Business Analyst

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to fill a contract assignment in the Atlanta, GA area. Date: 10/12/2026

Work Location: Atlanta, GA 30308

Requirements: Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for idea generation, development and implementation.


• They also modify business processes for use in other departments.


• They achieve this by detailing the concept of the process.


• Detailing gives an insight into the effectiveness of the process.


• If there are unproductive techniques, the analyst can find a workable solution.


• Identify and communicate with key stakeholders.


• Gather review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools.


• Liaise between various business departments and groups.


• Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling.


• Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations.


• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams.


• This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.
