• Responsible for monthly accounting calculations and processing journal entries.
• Gather data for and complete month‑end close.
• Maintain accounting records within ERP system.
• Maintain general ledger and process journal entries.
• Complete data analysis as needed and distribute business and financial reports.
• Assist with the annual budgeting cycle and prepare periodic reports to monitor compliance to established budgets.
• Prepare and review internal monthly and annual financial statements.
• Continuously improve productivity and efficiency of processes throughout the operational organization.
• Prepare account reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Perform monthly revenue analysis and corresponding variance explanations.
• Monthly trial balance variance explanations.
