Skywalk Global seeks an EHR Stability Analyst to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and ongoing improvement of the Virginia EHR system. The role supports local end users, analyzes workflows, documents enhancement opportunities, and partners with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to align the EHR with clinical needs.

Qualifications

• Experience providing applications support, preferably in healthcare environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience participating in structured testing cycles.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Visio.
• Experience supporting or implementing EHR systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and documentation practices.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and maintain key EHR workflows, processes, and procedures.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand operational needs, evaluate current EHR capabilities, identify gaps, and recommend alternatives.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and other Agile documentation as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical, clinical, and business teams.
• Produce clear user documentation, job aids, and training materials.

TheEHRStabilityAnalystplaysavitalroleinensuringthesuccessfuldeployment,adoption,andcontinuousimprovementoftheVirginiaDepartmentofHealth’sElectronicHealthRecord(EHR)system.ThisrolesupportsLocalHealthDistrictendusers,evaluatesworkflowneeds,documentsenhancementopportunities,andpartnerswithtechnicalteams,businessstakeholders,andvendororganizationstoensuretheEHRalignswithoperationalandclinicalrequirements.Theanalystwillalsocontributetointerimsolutiondevelopmentandhelpdefinestrategiesforlong-termsystemimprovements.
