Job summary

Astyra Corporation is seeking an EHR Stability Analyst for a 1-year contract in Richmond, VA, with hybrid work options local to Richmond. You will support deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of the EHR, coordinating with clinical and IT teams to ensure alignment with operational needs.

The role also involves triage, troubleshooting, documenting requirements, developing user stories, testing support, and creating end-user documentation and training materials.

Qualifications

  • Experience providing application support, preferably in healthcare environments.
  • Strong skills in requirements documentation and enhancement analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of clinical, pharmaceutical, and patient billing workflows.
  • Experience participating in structured testing cycles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Visio.

Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive support to EHR users across local health districts.

EHR Stability Analyst

Description

The EHR Stability Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring the successful deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

This role supports end users across multiple health districts, evaluates workflow needs, documents enhancement opportunities, and partners with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendor organizations to ensure the EHR aligns with operational and clinical requirements. The analyst will also contribute to interim solution development and help define strategies for long‑term system improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Provide responsive support to EHR users across local health districts.
