Job summary

Talentify seeks a Business System Analyst in Portland, onsite only, to bridge business needs with technical solutions. You will gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate them into clear specifications for development teams.

The role includes supporting UAT, creating user guides, and ensuring compliance with business goals. The ideal candidate has experience with Mainframe and Java applications, and familiarity with dealer warranty processes is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Looking for a Business System Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You’ll work closely with teams to understand processes, identify problems, and help implement effective systems and tools.
• Gather and document business requirements through meetings and interviews.

Requirements

• Should have solid experience working as a Business System Analyst working with Mainframe and Java Applications
• Candidates having dealer warranty experience would be given first preference
• Onsite Role in Portland Oregon - No Hybrid or Remote option available.
