Job summary

FastTek Global is seeking a Business Analyst for hybride onsite work in Pontiac, MI. The role spans Infrastructure Services projects, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services and O365, requiring strong data analytics and ServiceNow experience.

You will design solutions, write technical requirements, test and implement technology solutions, conduct research, and create procedures to improve systems while providing training and user support. Experience with RFPs a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (Asset Management, Inventory, CMDB discovery, Webex).
• Strong experience using the M365 Productivity Suite.
• Data analytics experience is required.
• Experience with Contracts and Requests for Proposals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis, design solutions and write technical requirements.
• Test and implement technology solutions and conduct research.
• Create procedures to improve existing systems and provide training/support to users.
• Write RFPs and define Contract Scope of Deliverables.
• Collaborate across Infrastructure Services including Networking, Server, and VoIP teams.
• Own project assignments and ensure deliverables meet specifications.

Job Description:

• Business Systems Analyst on projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP Telecommunications and Service Center teams.
• Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments. BSA will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the project, and to ensure that deliverables are met according to specifications.
• BSA duties will also include data analysis, designing solutions and writing up technical requirements, testing and implementing technology solutions, conducting research, creating procedures to improve the existing systems, providing training and support to users, writing Request for Proposals and Contract Scope of Deliverables.

**** Mandatory Skills & Experience ****

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (Asset Management, Inventory Management, CMDB discovery, Webex)
• MUST HAVE strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite
• MUST HAVE data analytics experience
