Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem is seeking a Greeter - Bus to provide friendly, informative service to guests arriving on buses and to communicate package offerings clearly. You will be a visible ambassador for the Bus Marketing team and must present a positive image in uniform.

The role requires punctuality, teamwork, and adherence to safety, policy, and PGCB regulations. Candidates should be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, and maintain professional appearance.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Arrive for shift on time and in proper uniform.
• Creates an upbeat and positive image of Bus Marketing.
• Assigns departure information to arriving buses.
• Coordinates the arrival/departure of busses.
• Assist guests with bus information.
• Provides superior customer service to all customers per Wind Creek standards.
• Adheres to departmental and property policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as directed by management.
• Use equipment and systems safely per company standards.
• Understand PGCB rules and internal controls applicable to the position.
